INVESTMENT CRITERIA.
Investments with (Co)-CEO's
As a ground rule we are focused on companies in Belgium and the Netherlands with a proven track record in their local markets. Nevertheless we remain open to co-invest with other European CEO's and management teams who can show us a strong and proven track record.
We look at companies with a stable (3 years) EBITDA of €0.8 million to €3 million and a strong cash conversion. We are ready to offer a fair valuation for good companies, in order to create a win-win for everyone involved.
